Forum: etree Subject: FTP server closing connections?

I've been trying to upload a show to audio-uploads.archive.org (it's in "/throwback2005-12-02.bmc3.shnf") today using SmartFTP (with all the files to transfer in Global Queue), just as I always do, but today, it seems like the server keeps closing the connection. The first SHN file gets partway (sometimes 5 MB, sometimes 10 MB), and then the transfer stops. A restart of SmartFTP can start the transfer up again, but it then stops a few MB later. I don't think it's anything on my end, so is there a problem on archive.org's end? (Or is there something I'm missing?)

Thanks,
Brad

Things seem OK now. With one exception (when the server closed the connection, which a restart of SmartFTP got around), I was able to get the files transferred without incident. The show's being processed now.

Thanks,
BradM
